Effective 21 May 2026

These terms govern your use of Pencilme (“Pencilme,” “we,” “our”), the appointment-booking software available at pencilme.app. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pencilme lets service businesses publish a booking page and manage appointments. We may add, change, or remove features at our discretion. We aim to give reasonable notice for changes that affect existing functionality.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create a business account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pencilme for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload content that is illegal, harassing, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages or spam.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (business photos, service descriptions, customer records, messages). You grant Pencilme a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content as needed to provide the service.

Pricing

Free and paid tiers, where offered, are described on our pricing page. We will give you advance notice of pricing changes. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility.

Termination

You can stop using Pencilme at any time and request account deletion through Data deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we will give reasonable notice where possible.

Disclaimer and liability

Pencilme is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pencilme is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kathmandu, unless mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
